for a Fortune 100 company here in the US.
He has held numerous
sales and marketing posts including National Merchandise Manager,
National Buyer and various other positions that had him working
with major multi-national firms and their Senior Officers.
Now in the NW Florida real estate business his primary focus has
been to "market" properties professionally and not just "sell"
them. On major programs we work out a complete marketing plan
and work proactively with our clients to meet their sales expectations.

Ed's
career in Real Estate started in the 90's while he was an independent
"handy man" contractor in the Okaloosa Walton County
area for several years.
With
a builders background Ed knew good quality construction and workmanship.
That ability helped him in learning to assess the value of a property,
which ultimately helps any good agent pin point the price a home
or property should be listed at. "I am not an appraiser"
Ed says "but I can zero in on a close range of where a home
or property should be listed at, as well as where it will probably
sell". Real Estate is a commodity that fluctuates, comps
(sold properties) that were used six months ago may not apply
to today's market analysis application. Our Real Estate market
is in flux today, prices will not always go up in such high percentages,
especially at the rates we have seen since the beginning of this
decade.
Someone
once was quoted saying, "When you help get people what they
want, you will achieve getting what you desire". I don't
know if that is always true, but I do believe your goal in real
estate should be to help others. I have seen it first hand that
my success stems from me honestly trying to help others.

roots to South Walton dating back over a century Tim is very familiar
with the South Walton area. One of his favorite stories of old
Seagrove is when his great-great grandmother bought and sold over
140 acres of gulf front property. “She bought the property
for around .12 an acre and sold it for around .15 an acre. At
the time there was no value in owning beachfront property because
you could not grow anything or raise cattle on it.” How
times have change.
